Produce will be sent out by APC in insulated boxes with ice packs, the goods will be good for up to 48 hours. We dispatch by courier on a Wednesday for Thursday delivery Jan to Nov, and December 21st for 22nd delivery for Christmas. PLEASE NOTE – 22nd DECEMBER IS THE FINAL DATE FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY. THERE ARE NO DELIVERIES BETWEEN CHRISTMAS & 1ST JANUARY
If you live within the 10-mile radius circle shown on the map, we can hand-deliver your Christmas Order for £10. If you do not live within the 10 mile radius but chose the local delivery option, we will not be able to add your order to the Courier list, and you may have to collect it from the farm instead, depending on volume of courier orders in Christmas week.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the exact time of your delivery, however we will send you the reference to track on the Couriers website. It is important that if you go out please leave clear instructions of where to leave your package, i.e. with a neighbour or in a safe place, the courier drivers are instructed NOT to return goods to depot. The produce is packed in insulated boxes and packed with ice. The packaging is guaranteed to keep raw meat for up to 48 hours. We send the goods by 24 hour courier, but occasionally the courier encounters issues and the goods are delivered the day after the expected delivery date. We can only guarantee the meat for 48 hours once it has left the premises, we cannot guarantee the meat after 48 hours. Under these circumstances we would NOT offer a refund due to the fault of the courier.
Year-round UK Courier orders are usually dispatched on Wednesday for next day delivery. Please order at least 24 hours ahead of dispatch/market day. If in doubt please call us first.
There are NO DELIVERIES between Christmas and New Year. If you require delivery earlier in December please state on the order, or send us an email. We will assume that all orders for Turkey & Geese are for Christmas, if you require earlier delivery please email us to confirm.
