Franklins Farm Shop Butchery and the Dairy Cafe are introducing their first STEAK NIGHT on September 20th 2024 at 7pm.
You can book in to come and choose your 10oz Rib Eye, or 10oz Sirloin steak to be cut by Gordon in the Butchery, and then expertly prepared by Head Chef Paul and chef Adam, to your liking and at your leisure in the Dairy Cafe.

Salt Beef & Potato Hash
Main Course -
Choice of 10oz Sirloin steak
or 10oz Rib Eye Steak
Served with triple cooked chips, beer battered onion rings, grilled tomato & field mushrooms,
Peppercorn or Bearnaise Sauce
Dessert -
Vanilla pannacotta, autumnal berry compote & a shortbread crumble topping
