This is our Free Range Duck boned and layered with locally sourced Pheasant Breast and Our Own Free Range Chicken Breast, interlayered with our own Gluten free pork sausagemeat and Herb Stuffing. Each order will be personally attended to. This being one of our more popular roasts, it delivers a most succulent roast when served. The roast weighs 3.5kg and is suitable for between 4 and 6 people.
