Our Free Range Bronze Turkey Crowns are perfect for those of you who prefer breast meat. The breast bone still remains in the bird which helps to avoid the meat from drying out during the cooking process. A Turkey Crown is simply the whole bird with the legs removed, providing a joint of white breast meat on the bone.
