Franklins Free Range Large Celebration Chickens. Once known as Capons, but this process is no longer allowed in the UK. The slow growing process and attention to detail makes the caponising process unneccesary.
Our Celebration Chickens are super succulent and make a great alternative to the Traditional Turkey. They are slow grown to maturity, allowing them to lay down fat which adds to flavour and succulence. They are processed on the farm, dry plucked by hand, and hung to ensure tenderness and flavour.

PLEASE NOTE: Guides are approximate and dependant on appetite! Birds are banded into weight bands, for example an 4.5kg bird is in the 4 - 4.9kg Band. We will get your bird as close as possible to the size you require.
